Great customer service and dress quality is great
Who purchased a dress that was on sale and “final sale”. I measured my daughter and ordered according to the size chart. The dress we got in was about 2 inches too large in her waist line and bus line. We re-ordered the extra small, it fit perfectly. I reached out to Birdy Grey and they graciously allowed me to return the dress that did not fit. They do not normally offer returns when the garment is stated to be final sale, however, they were very kind and offered that since we did order according to the website sizing chart. The second dress is very nice. It has a great flow and my daughter loves it. We only have to get it hemmed now which we are very thankful for. I would give Birdy Grey a triple AAA+

the dress was good quality and color and looked as it did on the website. i would say it fit true to size but was the tiniest bit loose in the back, would need minor tailoring to be worn.
