CHOOSE THIS ROUTE IF YOUR WEDDING IS MORE THAN 3 MONTHS AWAY. WE ALLOW FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, HOWEVER, IF YOU DECIDE TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER MADE-TO-ORDER STYLE, IT WILL TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 8 WEEKS FOR THE NEW DRESS TO SHIP, SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!

When you place an order on a made-to-order gown, we get to work on manufacturing it just for you. You can expect to receive your dress in eight weeks or sooner.
At this time, we do not offer expedited production or expedited shipping on made-to-order dresses. Please make sure you allow time for your dress to be made, shipped, and hemmed.
Our made-to-order dresses take about eight weeks from production to delivery at your door.
Nope! Many of our bestselling dresses are in stock and ready to ship. Occasionally, popular core styles will have a waitlist while we reorder more inventory. Check out our Ready-To-Ship page for dresses that are delivered in as few as five business days.
At this time, all of our dresses are manufactured on a standardized sizing scale, from XS to 3X, so please refer to sizing chart on each dress page.
Yes, you sure can! Please do note that if you choose to exchange your dress for another made-to-order dress, it will take another 8 weeks of production & delivery. If you need a dress sooner, we suggest exchanging it for a ready-to-ship style! For returns, there is a $10 restocking fee per dress if you return it at a Happy Return kiosk and an $11 fee for mail-in returns.
Great question! If you place one single order with a mix of ready-to-ship, preorder, and made-to-order dresses, the dresses will ship as they become available (don't worry, you'll only pay once for shipping). You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email along with tracking for each dress.
We are unable to make changes to your order after it's placed. However, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team here, and, depending on how far along your order is in the fulfillment process, we can request to change. Then you can place a new one with all of your items.
At this time, all of our made-to-order dresses can only ship to U.S. addresses. But keep an eye out for updates in the future! P.S. All other items on our site ship internationally.
