HOW IT WORKS ENTER YOUR ORDER INFO, SUBMIT YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE DETAILS, AND CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO DROP IT OFF:
RETURN IN PERSON get your refund or place an exchange on the spot at a happy returns bar near you (it's instant!)
RETURN BY MAIL print the return label & drop it off at your local carrier (please allow a couple days for us to process)
Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, we ware extending our standard 14 day return and exchange policy to 45 days from the date of delivery. All bridesmaid dresses must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and the original tags must be attached.
A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returns, per item. (Don't worry, you won't get charged a restocking fee for exchanges, woop!) Restocking fees will be deducted from your total refund.
Swatches, pocket squares, seamless bras, beauty, notecards, gifts, party decor, accessories gift cards and items marked "final sale" are non-refundable. Also, international orders outside the US are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

If you return by mail, please allow us up to one week to process your return or exchange after it is received. You will receive an email confirmation from us as soon as it's processed. In-person returns are processed on the spot :) Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded.
