WE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE'S A LOT OF UNCERTAINTY AROUND YOUR WEDDING DATE DUE TO COVID-19, AND WANT YOU TO FEEL AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE. DUE TO THE ONGOING IMPACT OF COVID-19, WE ARE EXTENDING OUR STANDARD 14 DAY RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY TO 45 DAYS. (PLEASE NOTE, THE $10 RESTOCKING FEE PER DRESS STILL APPLIES)

45 DAYS

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, we ware extending our standard 14 day return and exchange policy to 45 days from the date of delivery. All bridesmaid dresses must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and the original tags must be attached.

RESTOCKING FEES

A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returns, per item. (Don't worry, you won't get charged a restocking fee for exchanges, woop!) Restocking fees will be deducted from your total refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Swatches, pocket squares, seamless bras, beauty, notecards, gifts, party decor, accessories gift cards and items marked "final sale" are non-refundable. Also, international orders outside the US are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

GET YOUR MONEY, HONEY

If you return by mail, please allow us up to one week to process your return or exchange after it is received. You will receive an email confirmation from us as soon as it's processed. In-person returns are processed on the spot :) Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded.
