Fit and flare is my go-to style and this dress fits great. I sized to my waist (xs), and it also fit my hips and bust (despite them being small, medium on the size chart). Low cut top in front and back, good if you have a long torso and broad shoulders / narrow waist. So Pretty!!
I ordered an XL, and it fit great! I am 5 ft 1 and around 170. This dress is great for the larger chested girls. The tie on the back holds everything in, and the cut is so flattering without being too cleavagey.
