The dress fit true to size. With heels on, I did not need it hemmed. If I were to have worn shorter heels, it would've likely needed to be altered.

Good Quality. The fit was perfect for me! I did have to get the bottom hemmed slightly. It was a little long for me. Fabric was okay. It snags easily though.
