Worked well for an 8 month pregnant bridesmaid!
We ordered this for my daughtr-in-law who was going to be 8 months pregnant at the time of my daughter's wedding. It worked well. She normally wears a medium or large and we ordered a 0X. She put the waist above her belly and used the straps to give her great support of her pregnant boobs.

Worth it
Premium price is so worth it. I've had to wear a chiffon dress for another wedding, but this material is so much more comfortable, stretchy, cooling, and simply looks more elegant. I have a larger bust vs waist, and the flexibility to tie it different ways was wonderful.
