Monica is the operations brain behind Birdy Grey. She joined the brand as the COO just one year after Grace (who’s also her bestie) launched the darling brand. After starting her career at McKinsey & Co., she nerded out for over 10 years in the corporate world of strategy and operations. Monica is the other half of Birdy Grey that ensures your dresses are shipped quickly and efficiently (among many other things).
