Why do you charge a return processing fee?

We charge a return processing fee as we do not process returns the same way a company that charges more for their dresses might. 

For US customers, there is a $12 return processing fee per order ($15 for items returned by mail). To avoid the fee, request an exchange via an eGift Card.

For Canadian customers, there is a $17 return processing fee per order.
