We charge a restocking fee as we do not process returns the same way a company that charges more for their dresses might. 

For US customers, the $10 restocking fee for items returned, in person, to Happy Returns ($12 for items returned by mail) applies to all returns per item. To avoid the fee, request an exchange via an eGift Card.

For Canadian customers, the $25 restocking fee applies to all items returned for a refund. All Canadian exchanges are subject to a single flat-rate $14 fee upon checkout of the new order.
