Why did I not receive a full refund for my return?

For all U.S. returns for a refund, a $10 return processing fee is applied, per order (for items returned in person, at a Happy Returns location). A $13 return processing fee is charged for items returned by mail. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All return processing fees will be deducted from your final refund.
