To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center. All you need is your Order ID number and your Zip Code to get started.

U.S. customers have two drop-off options. You can either return in person at a Happy Returns bar or by mail. Click here to see Happy Returns locations near you.

Returns from Canada are processed by mail.
