Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

Birdy Grey is a drama-free zone. If the dress doesn't fit, the color's not right or if you just don't like it, return or exchange it! Visit our Returns Center to make a return or exchange.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. Once the tag is removed, you cannot return the dress.

A $10 restocking fee will be applied to each item returned by mail, per item. (Enjoy free exchanges, woop!) Swatches, seamless bras, beauty, notecards, gifts, gift cards, special orders and items marked "final sale" are non-refundable, and may not be returned or exchanged.

Enjoy $9 flat-rate standard shipping on all bridesmaid dress orders. Orders that ship via standard shipping will deliver within 7 business days in the US. (This includes processing & transit times.) Expedited delivery upgrades are also available at checkout.

International shipping rates apply to all orders outside of the US. Rates vary by destination, and will be calculated at the time of checkout. International shipping rates include all duties & taxes. All international orders are final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged.

Crafted of airy tulle in a dreamy silver gray hue, our Christina Convertible Dress comes with 2 extra long streamers attached at the waist (plus an extra detachable streamer & sew-on spaghetti straps) so you can let your bridesmaids choose how they want to wear it—strapless, halter, Grecian, cap-sleeve—while keeping the overall look of the bridal party cohesive.
