You have 45 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. Once the tag is removed, you cannot return the dress.

Important: For items that are placed on a "preorder," our standard 45-day return policy still applies. However, your refund may be issued in the form of a physical check or Venmo depending on when the item was shipped out to you.

A $10 restocking fee will be applied to each item returned by mail. (Enjoy free exchanges, woop!)

Enjoy $9.99 flat-rate standard shipping on all bridesmaid dress orders. Orders that ship via standard shipping will deliver within 8 business days in the US. (This includes processing & transit times.) Expedited delivery upgrades are also available at checkout.

International shipping rates apply to all orders outside of the US. Rates vary by destination, and will be calculated at the time of checkout. International shipping rates include all duties & taxes. All international orders are final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged.

We do our best to give general estimates to more accurately communicate when your order will ship. When we think of preorder timeframes, these are the general ship windows:

Ships by Mid: 1st – 15th

Ships by Late: 16th – 31st

As a rule of thumb, please expect your order to ship towards the end of the shipping timeframe.
