ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19?

At Birdy Grey, we spend a ton of time and effort to sort out any kinks in our delivery timelines before we launch products on our site. Despite this, supply-chain disruptions and port delays continue, and because of the time-sensitive nature of the wedding business, we work tirelessly to stay on top of all of our deliveries so that you get what you need, when you need it.

The good news is that in-stock merchandise shipped to the U.S. (via standard shipping) consistently arrives within 5-8 business days. Expedited delivery upgrades are also available at checkout. Please allow 3-5 extra business days for all personalized or monogrammed items.

We prodive a separate shipping timeline for each pre-order item. In the rare occasion that any of our pre-orders are delayed, we will alert you ASAP. We never leave our customers hanging.
